  • Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise group applications, managing cross-division project timelines and collaborating closely with QA and IT Analysts.
  • Lead the developer team in building an integrated internal HRIS system (Personnel, Attendance, Payroll, ESS modules) and ERP System (Marketing, Finance, Accounting) using Next.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Transformed the recruitment web and legacy CMS from PHP monolith (CodeIgniter)/MySQL to a modern JavaScript-based architecture with significant performance and scalability improvements.
  • Designed a Docker container-based multi-repo application architecture to cleanly decouple frontend, backend API, and PostgreSQL database environments on WSL Ubuntu.
